Very nice and clean rooms, family friendly, the only thing that the general manager could be a little more friendly. The metro is a great place to stay
This place is absolutely disgusting. The door wasn't even open an inch and the cigarette smell came wafting out. Carpets dirty, TVs broken, faucets dripping, and really didn't really want to touch anything.
Had someone knocking on our door at 7 pmsaying they thought their friend lived there. Another knock at 11:30 pm. Didn't answer the door this time around.
VRBO should not even be listing this place on their website. It is the worst place in the world. Phoenix is already a bad city and this is the worst place in it.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Check-in
The amount of space was good and reasonably clean for the price. The quality of the bathrooms was somewhat wanting. The fridge door was not sealed tightly. While there were three nice flat-screen TVs, none of them were connected to any programming at all (although it was possible to hook up a laptop). The Wi-Fi signal was so very slow that it was practically worthless - but we had a strong cellphone signal (T-Mobile) with good bandwidth. The check-in process was VERY slow (about 30 minutes). It also seems like police call on the place fairly regularly - twice while we were there. HOWEVER, it was fine for what we needed, and we have been in rough places (mainly in Mexico) before, but this is probably not the best place for people used to nicer accommodations.
**Absolutely Worst Hotel Experience**
This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was absolutely disgusting, dirty, and poorly maintained. The conditions were unacceptable, and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. On top of that, the people there were rude and unwelcoming, making the entire stay even more unpleasant.
To make matters worse, people were partying in the parking lot all night long, making it difficult to get any peace or rest. The noise and behavior outside made the environment feel uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Nobody should have to deal with these kinds of conditions when paying for a place to stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel should provide a clean, safe, and peaceful environment, and this place failed on every level. I regret staying here, and I would never choose to return. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and management seriously needs to address the cleanliness, guest behavior, and overall condition of this property.
Older property but the grounds not kept up. The room was very large and comfortable with full kitchen. The office is only open 9 to 5 so really hard to check in after that time and if something is needed you can’t get any help.
