Too expensive for dirty hotel

I’ve never called the front desk more in my life. I had a friend staying in a different room, her key stopped working twice, mine once, room was not very clean, shower drain was clogged, so water built up while I was showering. The most annoying part was that the sink was clogged, I called maintenance to fix it, they said they did, but didn’t, so I had to wash my hands in the bath tub the entire time. This is probably the worst deal I’ve gotten on a hotel in my life.

Arrived couldnt get in at the door a technician working in the building informed me they were closed and i was forced to pay much more for a hotel in another location after i had payed for a non refundable stay at this location. Will never attempt using again nor will i recommend as a matter of fact will tell all the racing people i know that come down to ac stay away. So yes I'm pissed off.

Kind of a sketchy crowd at this place but location works for me sometimes. Ive had nicer rooms before too, but no major complaints. I think I might have been in a handicap accessible room cuz the bed made a weird noise like there was a waterproof mattress pad?

Ultimately for a last minute stay & price point for the weekend was great. Otherwise a few issues house keeping was lacking. Upon arriving there was cake or white paste smeared into multiple spots on the floor, bathrooms were neglected & the room had a moldy smell. I purchased an air freshener to help out because the windows didn’t not open.

Never Again!

The condition of the hotel is awful! There is mold in the hall ways, the ac unit in the window was filthy, our bathroom has a stench of urine and the coach in our suite was sunk in and couldn’t even sit on it. The condition was so gross that we even had to check for bed bugs.

DONT DO IT!! When I visited this hotel, its was grungy dirty, we had no hot water to take a shower, and when we first turned the water on it came out rusty. when complaining to the hotel staff, we were told to see the manager for a refund,(who wasnt currently on the premises) but to call him back, When we called back and asked for the manager, that person was never there nor did they call to resolve the issue. Also there are questionable characters hanging out around the front of the hotel and the lighting is bad, which made me feel unsafe

The hotel room was very dirty. There was no smoke alarm. The heater didn't work and it was freezing. The reviews were really misleading. There was no free breakfast. The best part of our experience was watching a guy steal a tv as we were leaving.

If your Covid 19 cautious this hotel is not the one to go to! When my bf went to go take a shower all this black stuff came out of the faucet. Even when we flushed the toilet it was brown water! Other than that the room was OK but again if you cautious about Covid it would not meet up to your standard

It was the worst stay I ever had in AC. The hotel is warned out and dirty! The heating barely worked and the bathroom smelled terrible. This hotel should have cost $20 per night but not the money we paid!

Area around the hotel is not the best. Understandably, nowhere in Atlantic City is the best. Hotel needs to be maintained better on the outside. Looks terrible from the outside. Inside is just okay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was pretty hard for a hotel. Below average stay for sure.
