Room was clean and had enough towels but maybe would need more TP. Had enough beach stuff for us! Only thing I saw a few roaches in out room. They need to fumigate for sure!

Property was a great price and great location. However, the listing showed it to be very updated and clean. The place was filthy, and extremely dated. The fridge leaked the whole time, cabinets and drawers did not close properly, only a microwave that was very crappy. Great nespresso machine and comfy beds. Window were junky and filthy.

A lot of construction while I was there. My rental was beautiful and spacious!!! There was a lot of stairs for those who may have medical issues entering in the building may have a problem. My check-in was terrible!!! Definitely need to work on bettering the process.

From the read I thought it was going to be 3 bedrooms not 3 beds in one room. I also thought there would be more of a kitchen, since it read apartment. This was nowhere near an apartment.

The check in was was horrible checked in to room that had leak and was water all over the floor. Had to wait for the following day to get that fixed. The view was beautiful. Just didn't like the experience of arriving to room full of water all over the floor

Valet team very rude, our second night they just refused to park our car because it was a Tesla and did not have a a key, that was our second night, the night team, we park when we arrived and got out several times before they randomly refused to park our car, it was midnight and I have my three little kids with me, the front desk said it they couldn’t help, mind you, we book the place with parking included. It was very disappointing and frustrating. But I like the room
