Rooms were nice, area was good, had a nice rooftop with full views of the city and mountains, and was very affordable. Security at the entrance made you feel safe and secure.

Great views of tabletop moutain and downtown. Our 2/2 unit was spacious and clean. Loved the balconies. Rooftop pool is slim and small. Great location. Reason for two star lost......does not provide fresh clean bed linen and bathing towels for the number of registered guest. And does not provide daily cleaning services.

Great location and very safe/secure.

Heck in was a little intimidating, but once we got through it, realised just how good the security of the building was and appreciated the efforts. Location was perfect and felt safe during the day at all times. Room was comfy with everything we expected. Pool was crowded at times and hard to find somewhere to sit in the sun, but hey, it had a pool.

-The room, location and views were excellent. 'However, the property did not have the service of offering maps of the city, info on available attractions within the city, and transport networks. -Check in process rather confusing/complicated. There was lack of information on the process and other additional charges until the day before check in. -Lack of payment options for those additional charges, making it difficult to pay if you're from overseas.. -Security deposit not refunded ( it's 2 months later now and still ). Communication regarding this, is not forthcoming. -

Room was well set up for one person and had a lovely view. The property itself was in a great location to be able to attend meetings or venture out for a great dinner. Room was well kept and clean though note that if you want cleaning, it is extra. Initially, communicating with the manager was a little disjointed as they are not at the property but became smoother after the first day. Also, even if you fill out all of the information they request ahead of time, they didn’t seem to have it at check in so prepare for a longer process. Overall, this was one of the better aparthotel experiences I’ve had in Cape Town and check out was a breeze
