The bed was extremely comfortable! They should note the fireplace does not work! It has remote candles that don’t even flicker Daniel their AI said the fireplace was gas. There was only 1 wine glass. A friend stopped in for dinner had to eat on the couch as only two table chairs. The pictures show the wood floods as worn and they are. Be nice if they sanded down and refinished. Love resort is more for the name of the town vs being a romantic place to slip away too. We did have fun and wife said she would go back their again

Came out for a graduation at liberty University. Big family need a space. Them want to run a bunch of rooms separate from each other. Just had everything.

We had a quick but lovely stay. They do offer a very small limited menu for your freezer so I suggest bringing some snacks, drinks etc. Lovely place and we would absolutely go back!

Location was great, right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to take screenshots of your check-in code before arriving as there’s spotty Wi-Fi so we couldn’t even call the host. We drove down the road until we got LTE bars on cell phone and then we could check in. Bed was comfy, shower good. Lots of privacy; didn’t hear the neighbors in the cabin next to Dripping Rock. Didn’t use the big tub. Loved the quiet location & all the fireflies. Saw lots of deer & bunnies. Arrived during the Canadian wildfire smoke so that obscured a lot of views. Be sure to visit nearby Sherando (?) Lake nearby: nice beach, outdoor shower, swim to an island, hike trails around it (no lifeguard so be attentive), campsites, picnic tables. Glad we picked it and way quieter than the massive Wintergreen resort.

The cabin was very nicely set up, clean, and comfortable. The property manager was in constant contact with me to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing escape.

Amazing hidden cabin

We had a great time here, the cabin was very clean. I wish there were thicker curtains instead of shears at the windows. and more blankets to cuddle up with. The area is amazing and the hosts are so nice. I definitely would book this location again if I am in the area.

We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge!

Love this place

This place was AMAZING. Quiet, clean, jacuzzi in the living room, comfy king bed, great pillows. I cooked dinner a couple of nights, but the fridge was a bit too small, and using the convection oven was a bit confusing. The induction stove was very easy to use. Everything you needed in the kitchen just about. Great place to relax, walk the dog, go hiking, relax your back. Would come back.

Rigtig hyggeligt sted. Fin hytte og stor seng. Sovesofaen var også ok. Der var alt hvad vi havde brug for i hytten. Der var endda også kaffe, krydderier og olie. Vi havde også et bålsted ved siden af hytten og der ligger træ som til fri afbenyttelse. Så vi lavede bål om aftnen og ristede skumfiduser. Vi ville bestemt anbefale dette sted.

My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+.

Everyone we met on staff were very helpful. This would be a lovely place for a family reunion or a private retreat. Our kids were camping about 5 miles away and we were able to enjoy both their campground and our comfortable setting.

It was exactly what we were hoping for. Next to the Parkway, a good center point from which to do our hiking activities. Clean, quiet, well appointed. Water was steaming hot in the kitchen sink and shower. WiFi was a blessing we weren't really counting on and the streaming TV allowed us to unwind each night with and old movie. Highly recommend this place and would come back.
