This was a perfect location in the city for us. We averaged 5.5 miles walking per day. The publuc transportation is very easy to use (and free for seniors.) We will return!

Brilliant ! My second time to stay at the same hotel within one year. Just that a paper tag should be provided for guest to hang on door knob if no room entering is preferred.

Room was excellent, finding the desk at another location was unexpected, wouldn't have happened without directions from another guest. Desk staff was incompetent with English language, had to ask three times to get questions responded to correctly, overall would recommend bc location and incredible breakfast selections

Great place

The apartment was lovely, very close to Charles bridge. Lots of shops and restaurants around. I was surprised there was no kitchen. Only a fridge. You have to collect the keys from a near by hotel. That hotel also offersxa nice breakfast for 11 euros. We were really pleased with our stay.

This place is great for a few nights stay. It’s very well located, right in the heart of the Prague historic quarter. It’s a bit of a walk from the main Metro station, but Uber and taxis are all over. The place is old, and has a very tiny elevator, so better use the staircase. Be careful because check in is in another hotel, only 4 minutes away.

The check in was at a different location up a cobbled hill. When we got there it was unmanned, neither of the phone numbers were answered. We got in to the building when a guest entered and we then had to wait as the only person on duty had just finished his shift. After some time the same person came back and reluctantly started to check us in. When we got to the ‘apartment’ there was only one pillow and the safe malfunctioned. The reception number on the phone didn’t work, only giving a message in Czech, (which I don’t speak). After another trip up the hill things got sorted. Not a great experience but the room was clean and the area was very safe. There might have been a kitchen on each floor once soon a time but this doesn’t exist any more, despite the signage stating otherwise.

Brilliant 4~nights

Excellent, we will be back and introduce to all. Super clean and good quiet location within all embassy High ceiling with firm bed and thin pillow, suit us great Everything is perfect in Prague Just that two men thieves wearing black last evening when we walk to nearby Vietnamese restaurant for dinner, my backpack was unzipped and they stole my beloved earphone line, so sad. Beware, visitors.

Free welcoming wine

The room was cleaned to our satisfaction but they would not provide clean cups for water and coffee daily. We had to wash them in the sink. They gave us two large sparkling water bottles and one red wine as a welcome gift, which we loved. Beds were comfortable. Check in was fine but I arrived early. The man (older) at the front desk was very grumpy, borderline rude, definitely not welcoming. After that, we only met nice and friendly people at the front desk.

Police/locals did not know where property was and kept pointing me in wrong direction. It’s very hard to pull luggage on cobblestones, especially hill. After you find hotel, you still have to go to another hotel to pick up keys. When mentioned situation to reception staff, was VERY unsympathetic. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had a rough time finding the place and having to carry my luggage around. Just saying a kind word to show empathy would have gone a long way. Instead, she was rude and disregarded my feelings or experience. The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The fact that embassy is across the street with police presence, made it feel safer. Picking up keys at the hotel on top of the hill is awful. No concern over travelers with luggage.

This trip was planned for 2020 but The Corona got in the way or rather Government Fear did but that's another story. I couldn't have chosen a better situated apartment if I tried. Opposite the Irish Embassy not a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge or in fact anywhere using Prague's excellent public transport system. I small hike to the hotel to retrieve the keys for the apartment, technically its a room with a hall and a bathroom. But don't be fooled as it's more than adequate for your needs. The ubiquitous Coffee machine, two beers and a bottle of water welcomed us to the room and accompanying the towels were two Lotus Biscoff biscuits. A king size bed, side tables, main table with chairs, writing desk, chest of draws and a TV. Chest of draws, well, there was more storage than that, a fitted wardrobe with a fridge and a safe. In the hall was even more cupboard space. Oh! and more than that, a good number of power outlets. Lying on the bed looking up at the high ceiling, a ceiling fan, no AC but this fan did the business and we were happy as this week saw the mercury rise to 33°C. The fan was set to 2 in the evening, kept the air in the room agitated enough, it was perfect. Bathroom had a big'ish shower, loo and washbasin. A mirror above the basin had two glasses, under sink draws hid a hairdryer. As the street is home to a few Embassies it meant we had two to three Police in the street, night and day. You don't have to travel far for eateries or pubs, you're there.

Waren für ein Wochenende im Apartment Embassy. Kommunikation etwas umständlich, Rezeption ca. 300 m vom Quartieradresse. Für „nur Übernachten“ ok, ansonsten eher unterer Standard. Zum Glück hat das Wetter gepasst😎

The apartment is located very near the Charles's Bridge, it' s simple, clean, affordable, in great location. The check-in 5 min hotel away, breakfast is available for extra charge. Would definitely stay here again.
