The apartment had everything we needed and all the facilities were easy to use. The bed was comfy and shower was spacious and enjoyable. The stand out highlight was the customer service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was also a Cafe attached to the foyer for our early quick coffee fix!

Everything you need is there in the room. From kitchen to laundry ammenities. The heater isn’t central climate controlled so it’s great you can set it to what you want. You can’t smoke on the balcony . So don’t get a balcony room if that’s your reason why. Staff were amazing . They always are at the oaks hotels. The room was quiet. Tv in the lounge not one in the bedroom. Loved it. Thanks
