This hotel and loation are excellent, The staff all spoke great english and front desk was always staffed and people happy to help. Definetely the best hotel we stayed during our Japan trip. excellent space for families.

I love that it was next to a 7-11 so breakfast was never an issue. Laundry is available with soap! It is a less busy area so you do have to be prepared to get transportation to popular areas. We took the train and bus a lot but the great thing is there are a lot of food places and walking distance to the train station! The room is clean!
