Building is clean staffis nice, however, during my state there was no room service. So at the end, you will have to take out your trash as well as keep the room clean. Towels and soap was provided at the front desk whenever needed.

Check in was nit the best, we struggled to fi d the rooms as its a big place and the reception was not clear. Parking was available but ve aware it is limited, if you have a larger vehicle its tight, and very limited street parking. The rooms are basic butvthis is reflected in price. We had two rooms booked and the one on top floor was much better with a super view over lyon. We were only stoping over on way to italy this was just enough tine to cusit okd town, which was interesting and pmenty if pkaces to dine.

A good location with free onsite parking

We booked this place because it has onsite parking which is hard to find in Lyon area. If you do not drive to the hotel, it might be challenging to walk to it with the luggage. The hotel meets our need.
