Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious, and it was lovely having a terrace to sit out on. The hotel staff were very friendly and communicative. The location was brilliant- central to everything, but on a quiet side street so not too noisy. Only issue was the stairs up to the kitchen area were creaky and a bit unstable.

The staff was wonderful - very responsive and friendly. The apartment was quiet while being just steps away from Via Etna with all the historical sights, restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores were close by as well as the fresh food markets. We used the pull-out couch and it was comfortable. We also used the small terrace every day. There is no view but we enjoyed feeling like we were part of the neighborhood.
