very nice hotel, staff are super helpful and kind. the lobby has a BUNCH of amenities so make sure to grab them. great products and the laundry was super easy to do as they provide detergent and it is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer.

Clean, giant room with all the amenities! Right next to kappabashi, it was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. It wasn’t close to a major train station was my only gripe but not a deal breaker. Definitely recommend!

As expected the rooms are quite small if you have big luggages to open you need to make room had to move some furniture to give way but rooms are as pictured clean and neat. We stayed for 6 days the ease of having a kitchen and laundry is very convenient. Overall satisfied with our stay.

stayed here as a family of five with young children, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had four large suitcases, and there was still plenty of room without feeling cramped. The hotel also provides complimentary amenities at the front desk, and the staff were happy to call a taxi for us whenever we needed one. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would definitely recommend it to families visiting the area.
