Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years.

Great room actually it was a living room kitchen two bathrooms and a bedroom. Everything worked. It was beautiful, the area is a little dead so it’s the weather is really hot. You would either walk or take a taxi somewhere and that’s about it. I’ll post pictures beautiful ? Room great building, great rooftop pool.

Great apartment, very clean and right across Playa Tortuga and the ferry going to Isla Mujeres. Note: this apartment belongs to an individual owner, it’s not a hotel. However, they work hand in hand and things went smoothly. Check your messages in Expedia after booking, to get all the info ahead of time.

Takh 308 exceeded our expectations! The location was great, the apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Every item was like new, full fridge, well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Our host was always available and accommodating. We would love to stay here again. The top roof swimming pool and ocean /lagoon view are a big plus. And there are no insects, at all :)

Nice place with very convenient access to the bus—literally less than 100 yards—5 minute bus ride to central hotel zone or 15 minutes to central Cancun. Unit is clean and well maintained and it is super nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit.
