After traveling South America for 2 months, this was by far the best stay! Everything was wonderful. Spacious room, everything was updated, spotless clean, full size refrigerator/freezer, tons of storage, extra large clean fluffy towels, comfortable bed, great location, and they offered a full kitchen with appliances including a microwave, oven, toaster, and coffee pot. Ignore some of the previous reviews because this place was EXCELLENT!

The stay was excellent. The apartment is close to restaurants and bakeries, with easy access to everything. The building has a modernist/brutalist architecture, and the apartment itself has a clean, cozy style. The balcony is spacious and perfect for having a glass of wine or just watching life go by outside. It’s a bit noisy from the street, but nothing that affected my sleep. Check-in and check-out are easy and very well explained. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great - a simple space to stay with all you need. Some elements a bit outdated but that didn't really take from the overall great stay. What stood out was the incredible service - the staff was so attentive via WhatsApp and always available. Really appreciate how flexible and quick they were!

Better than a hotel

studio apartment with fridge, microwave, stovetop and oven. Couch and large bed, patio overlooking the street and bathroom with standing shower and bidet. Comfortable and great value, also located directly in Palermo with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, stores or anything you may need.

Room is too hot during the day. The fact the AC is in a closet is crazy. Instructions on opening balcony door or easier way to opening door. I was not able to figure it out and was not given clear instructions. WiFi was slow. Was difficult to enjoy Netflix on the tv with constant buffering.
