The property was in a great spot right across the street from beach access. The street was a small one lane both ways so it was easy to get across. Pool was close too. Property was clean and comfortable. Ants were kind of bad inside the house so you have to keep food sealed up. I would rent again.

The condo wasn’t cleaned! The floors were filthy and there was trash and shoes underneath the bed and nightstands. There was a hole in the floor in one of the bedrooms. I called and sent pictures but know one called me back.

Disliked: Communication
Totally unacceptable policy of check out time of 9:00am! The normal check out time for other similar units and properties in the area is 11:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm and the only way to extend the check out time was an additional fee (not even a full day). Completely inflexible when they acknowledged there was no one checking in the same day as my departure. Will never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again.
