Great hotel with the nicest staff. For the price the rooms were amazing, being quite large with their own kitchen. It is abit isolated so hard if you do not have transport but if you do it is perfect location. We went in the off season so the pool and kitchen were closed. Would def book again.

Fantastic value! We didn’t arrive till late. They sent us a very detailed video of how to get to our room. They even gave us some snacks and drinks. We loved the late check out. Fabulous views! Parking was free, which is awesome.

We had a really great stay at Bayview Hills. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it comfortable for all of us after long days out exploring. The room had a nice view as well. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the thoughtful welcome basket they arranged for us. It made the kids so happy after a long journey, and it was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kotor.

This is a great gem . I would suggest you need a car to get about but the hotel provided its own transport to local places for a good rate. The staff are exceptional. nothing is too much trouble . As VIP customers we had a great selection of food and chocolates plus a bottle of bubbly. We we would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the view from this hotel, the pool area was lovely and it’s get a lot of sun! The hot tub was not open, there was no water there so it must be under maintenance The property needs a bit of upgrading but overall it’s fairly clean. Staff were helpful especially when we had a bit of a car issue, they tried to take care of us. Overall, Bay view is a nice option in the hills of Kotor, be careful while driving up there and taxi service works great and safe!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel made a lasting impression. The two lovely ladies at reception were incredibly warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The property itself offers stunning scenic views, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The relaxing spa, especially the sauna added an extra layer of comfort and indulgence to the experience. Its location is also ideal: just a short 10-minute drive from the airport, with easy access to shopping areas and the beautiful old town of Kotor. What was meant to be a one-day stay quickly turned into two—we simply wasn’t ready to leave! This hotel strikes a perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. This was my first trip in 20 years and my first solo trip, I definitely chose the right place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it’s so calm and peaceful. The bar and pool area and restaurant are beautiful, clean and the perfect place to relax. The food here is delicious and beautifully presented and fantastic value. The most outstanding feature of this hotel though is the staff, every single member of staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. From arranging transport to checking in and out, providing information and recommendations and just making sure your holiday is perfect, they always excelled themselves. I will definitely be recommending this stunning resort to everyone and I can’t wait to book my next stay here. I miss all the team already xxx

Very Nice Place Away from the Kotor Crowds

Great room with fantastic view. Service at the desk and in the bar was consistently excellent and friendly. Out aways from Kotor in the hills but a fairly quick cab ride.

Great find!

Hotel staff were very helpful, particularly when we couldn’t find a space to park one night. Hotel is in a great location as long as you have a car, not walkable to Kotor and taxis are expensive. Great views over the bay and from the swimming pool too. We would stay here again.

Very nice stay at this hotel near Tivat. Great view from the mountain and very friendly and helpful staff. + For the rooms which are cozy for 1-2 people. + Kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher is a great addition. - breakfast is expensive.

Two days in the Kotor hills

Really lovely hotel. Pool and view worth the stay on it's own. Rooms are lovely air conditioned and the hotel taxi service to the old town Kotor and the cable car was incredibly helpful. The wasps around the pool were a bit of an irritant but that was the only negative during our stay

We only needed a room for one night and we needed an early morning ride to Tivat airport. We’ve got all of it and better. Great place, nice staff. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and take a dip in the pool overlooking the bay.
