Clean, spacious, convenient(close to the train stop, stores and direct bus to Disney resort)
Having kitchen and laundry machine were very helpful. Would come back again.
Good location, not too far from everything, but far enough to be away from all the tourism. Really clean and easy to check in and out. Will be staying here again if im ever in the area.
I love it. There was so much food and other stuff around the area. It was easy to get around. Check in was a little confusing but it was a breeze once you got a hold of someone in the camera. It’s our first time to Japan and it’s been amazing.

The property was what we would have expected in Japan. Good value. Good location. Easy to take local trains and buses. We also chose this location becuase the Haneda airport limousine bus drop off was nearby, and we also took the Narita airport limousine bus to Narita.
The property seemed clean but the issue we had was that the room was pretty dusty. I have 2 kids with allergies to dust and it was very difficult for them to stay there for a week. I don't have a dust allergy so it would have been fine for me. supplies were minimal but enough to manage. For example, only enough plates/cups/utensils for 2 people.

We arrived early in the morning after a long journey. We asked if it was possible to check in earlier, but we were told that check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM. There was also no place to store our luggage, so we had to sit and wait from the morning until 3:00 PM before we could check in.
The room was clean and included a kitchen and a bathroom. It also had a washing machine. We slept comfortably and had a good night's rest.
The hotel was about a 10–15 minute walk from the station, which was convenient. Overall, the location was good. However, we had arrived from a 19-hour flight, and it would have been nice if the hotel had taken that into consideration. They didn't allow us to check in even one hour before 3:00 PM, nor did they offer the option to pay an additional fee for early check-in.
