Very upset with front desk staff not giving proper information about parking. My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5… This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5.. then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day..
