Staff support was amazing but the room i was originally offered had someone in it and the new room i got was dirty. The kitchen was dirty and the bedding and towels all had stains.

Rooms are nice and overall environment was nice. Security is lacking though big time. Constantly the doors were propped open and random people come in and out. I know any hotel that can happen at but knowing this is a glorified motel it’s just not safe to allow this. Smoke free within the hotel is inconvenient and doors are insanely heavy to open with bags in your hands, kids, dogs, etc.
