Solid place for the money. Bus stops a block away. 3 U/S stops 3 blocks away. Tons of eating options. Area near the church just north is best. Would stay in Numa in East Berlin if going back. That is a cooler area. Numa use of AI in customer service is highly annoying.

I liked that the hotel was in an area where I felt safe. As someone who has never visited Berlin before, I felt that the area was easy to navigate. The the free drink at the front was a plus as well!

This was a wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean and with the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel/apartment. I booked a slightly larger room (medium size) which had a wonderful little window balcony. They have thought out the layout very cleverly of the apartment. Easy to stock up on any items (coffee pods, milk or towels) from the basement store. And the lockers for luggage are such a great idea. I visit Berlin about once a year and will definitely book here again

Great location for us. Comfortable overall, but no real common area/lobby to wait to meet friends, etc. Weirdly, entrance is through an Einstein Coffee shop and they will be quick to ask you to leave if they don’t think you are a customer—happened to us after about two minutes, and we were practically the only people there.

I loved the place, simply loved it. The only complaint I had is I wish the tv was a true smart tv and wasn’t forced to stream from my own apps form my phone. Whenever I would do that, it would work for about 15 minutes and then drop out. Other than that, everything else was amazing. Clean, comfy, homy.

The Bed is a Cloud!

We were going to have our dogs with us but we found a sitter at the last minute. This would have been excellent because they provided a plush pet bed and dog bowls! Also, no carpet so easier to wash the floors of any mess or hair. Beds are tall so little dogs can't jump on the bed. The bed is THEE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in Germany. I love the "green" sheets. They feel so clean and new. Its a beautiful hotel next to Stiilwerk Modern Furniture and in walking distance to the Charlottenburg Palace. We will pin this for any future stays. Excellent and friendly check-in. The front desk is closed during certain hours so there is private late night access one door over in a hallway from the street. Its safe and private. You will need your room key to access. Although it is far from the key places, its worth it. We are booking again!

Had a room with a small kitchenette which in effect was a fridge, one ring hob and a huge number of pots and pans plus kettle, coffee machine! It was behind a set of doors so very compact. All communication is on their App or WhatsApp. It shares an entrance with the cafe so if you arrive when they're open you just walk through to the lift, otherwise you have to use the keypad outside (in the lift, outside your room, etc). This is all advised when you book, but does result in short delays if you need to speak to someone. Bag storage, an amenities room for irons, laundry, yoga mats(?!) and fans/heaters are all available in the basement. I chose this place because I wanted aircon but it wasn't great, so I left the window open as it was cold when I was in Berlin and used a fan. If you have front facing rooms it can be a little noisy from the street. The toilet is separate from the bathroom/washbasin and both lights come on automatically when you open the doors so anyone sleeping may get disturbed if the other gets up. My room had a lovely window seat out onto the street. I didn't eat in the cafe because of timings, but menu looked nice and they were helpful about what was offered for breakfast. Their cakes looked lovely! If you prefer a personal service and concierge, this isn't for you.

Die digitale Abwicklung per WhatsApp ist eine Katastrophe. Persönliche Daten (ID oder Reisepass) müssen fotografiert und hochgeladen werden. Vorab Bezahlung der City Tax online . Die Telefonnummer ist nicht ersichtlich und muss im Netz gesucht werden. Letztendlich sollten diese Umstände besser kenntlich gemacht und offensichtlicher darauf hingewiesen werden. Digitalisierung ist super, aber nicht überall von Vorteil… Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Et Hotel uden reception, du får tilsendt en kode du kommer ind på til Hotellet samt til elevator. Vi havde uheldige oplevelse at den en kode til det ene værelse lige pludselig ikke virkekede. Vi kontaktede telefonisk hoteladministrationen efter midnat hvor vi var kommet hjem til Hotellet. Administrationen forsøgte at løse problemet online, men det ikke. Der kom en elektriker ud for at ordne problemet. Det viste sig at det var et batteri til dørlåsen som var fladt. Egentlig havde manden iflg ham selv IKKE noget at gør med at udskifte batteri, men for at gøre det, forlangte han ekstra betaling for tjenesten, hvilket vi ikke ville. Efter et længere skænderi på hotelgangen, gav manden sig og skiftede batteriet.
