The Apartment was lovely and Simone was very helpful only down side was we were unable to leave our baggage so had 6 hrs of walking around Rome with bags. think there was a slight communication problem.

An absolutley perfect location walking distances to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps,Trevi Fountain and the Metro that gets you to anywhere else like the Colosseum, Forum and the Vatican. Great restaurant's too.

Central location was great & security was excellent. Shower didn't have lots of hot water & did go hot and cold during use. Kitchen area was tiny & required some manoeuvring. Also, heating system made unusual noise every hour or so. Internet was slow.

Very secure inside the Singapore Embassy. Very central to Rome sites via walking. Lovely to step straight out onto busy streets day and night. Beds and linen all fresh, clean and lovely. Room felt airy - and that photo is for the expensive garden apartment. BUT - if you're going to rent an apartment with the ability to cook a meal or just make a hot drink then you need to provide actual cups, saucers, plates, knives etc. We found ONE cup. Also, the furniture was pretty worn - one chair actually broke under me: the couch a bit unclean.

Great place to stay in Roma!

We loved having our own little apartment in Rome! Very private and cozy. We walked to everything that we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, gelato shops around.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to visit, and we were close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the basic necessities were provided for a pleasant stay, and I loved the small patio.

Appartement très bien situé et charmant au premier abord mais très peu lumineux. Aucune vue alors qu'on est au 4ème étage. Le personnel ne parle que peu de langues contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. La clim fonctionnait mal, le flexible de douche était sectionné. La cuisine est minuscule et très peu fournie ce qui ne permet pas de cuisiner réellement. Le quartier est chic et animé mais calme la nuit. On est à 10 minutes à peine de Trevi, 3 minutes du bus et 20 minutes de piazza navona. Les bus y passent pour aller partout, très pratique.

The property is very conveniently located right in the centre of Rome and close to the spanish steps. However, the limited use of English by the manager made communication difficult. As an apartment, the property doesn't have a permanent check in desk and because our flight and transport from the airport delayed and we were charged a late check in fee, which I charge amount wasn't mentioned in the late check in fees. As a result, our check in process wasn't pleasant.

Pictures did correspond with reality

The room and balcony did not meet the expectations promised by the pictures. The bed had bedbugs leaving the family with daily bites and itching red marks.
