Worst hotel! ever

Location is not good. Better call apart than hotel. There was no water and you have to wait receptions till morning. There is no cleaning service if you stay less than 7 days. Worst place ever stayed as price and performance.

Terrible place! wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This was not even a hotel was a Students house. Terrible Staff. I have reserved rooms in January with sepparate beds and without informing us they give us a room with one double bed. When we asked for Extra bad we were given a baby crib not a bed. The wifi worked very bad also we stayed there for 4 days they never came to clean the room or change the towels. Terribl, terrible, terrbile, I will never visit this place again.

We check in and went to our to take a nap as we had been up more than 24 hours. Got up and it was still freezing cold. I tried to turn on lights did not work on 1/2 of room that was not activated by walking into the room. Heat was not working, and TV did not work. Went down to the desk and a young was there telling me that behind were you hang clothing was a box, needed to open and flip #11, 6, and he forgot could be # 7 also. I asked were we could get some groceries was told if did not have car could not. Asked were we could get something to eat was told to walk needed walk up that hill behind the building for about 15 minutes and there is pizza place. Other than that nothing. Go to room and do as asked while flipping and nothing change decided to just flip all the fuses pause the main fuse. No surprise did not work. Went back down stairs. And office was locked and no one around!! We sleep with out getting food, only had bottle water with us. The hotel was NO WEAR near Nunberg. There was no bus service, street car service nor train service close by that we could use. We had to call taxi and that was almost 50.00 Euros to get one way to Nunberg. The next day we go to the front desk wear a very rude lady says did you put the card in the slot? I asked what slot what card are you talking about? She came up to the room and on the wall near the clothing wall unit was a thing you slid your room key in and the lights work. Still no TV and heat. We decided we are checking out.

Der Empfang war freundlich und der CheckIn unkompliziert - ebenso wie der Check-Out. Bei der Ankunft wurde ich bereits darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Zimmer im 2.OG (unter dem Dach) sehr stark durch die Sonne aufgewärmt werden, jedoch ein mobiles Klimagerät ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. Es war tatsächlich ÄUSSERST warm - auf der gesamten Etage. Das Klimagerät, das ich - bevor ich das Hotel noch einmal verlassen habe - auf die niedrigste Temperatur gestellt hatte, hat nach meiner Rückkehr den Raum nicht abgekühlt, sonder zusätzlich aufgeheizt. Unerträglich. Fazit: gute, saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, jedoch bei warmem Wetter unbedingt das 2. OG meiden!

Leider trotz Reservierung kein Zimmer verfügbar

Leider wurde mir um 18 Uhr des Anreisetags mitgeteilt, dass trotz erfolgreicher Buchung kein Zimmer für mich frei wäre. Es erfolgte die Umbuchung in ein anderes Hotel in einer anderen Stadt, das angesichts von renovierungsarbeiten furchtbar roch und nicht schön war, daher nicht zu empfehlen!

Nettes Ambiente, großes Zimmer. Allerdings könnten einige Stellen etwas frische Farbe vertragen. Gute finde ich die Feedback-Karten für Mängel. Schöner wäre es allerdings, wenn ein Mangel - bei mir eine herunter gefallene Gardine - am selben Tag und nicht erst nach der Abreise behoben würden. Leider unterirdisch ist das kostenlose WLAN: Volle Feldstärke, nur tut sich nichts. Vielleicht eine EMail abrufen, streamen oder eLearning völlig unmöglich! Das geht in 2023 wirklich besser!

Leider nicht wirklich sauber. Es waren warme Tage und im Zimmer war es schnell an die 30 C nachts mit Fenster offen schlafen ging nicht weil entweder die Nachbarn am Balkon oder die Flugzeuge so unendlich laut über das Dach donnerten. (Kein Nachtflug verbot) Sonst ist das Hotel leider auch ohne Auto nichts, da es im nirgendwo steht. Preislich kann man aber nicht meckern

Apartment mit einem Bett welches schlechter ist als in jeder Jugendherberge. Bad mit Flecken an den Fliesen. Zimmer extrem warm, mobiles Klimagerät funktioniert aber zu laut.
