I mistakingly booked for the wrong day but they got me into a spot with no problem. The apartment was very clean and I had no issues. The building had renovations being done but everything still operated smooth. Kids loved the pool and beach access, free valet parking was also nice.

Room was not clean. Towels and bedding were dirty, shower wasn’t clean. There were roaches crawling around. Disgusting! The building wasn’t bad neither the view. It’s just not a clean place stay. It was my first experience in Miami. This place definitely didn’t make it look good.

The room was dirty- a previous guest had left dirty underwear on a plant in the room and the property would not clean it up. The communication with the host was non existent and the actual property staff could not even help. We ended up leaving early as the property just was not good.

There was no service in our room, the WiFi didn’t work, and there was very little communication from the host throughout our stay. My kids were extremely frustrated. There also were not enough towels and washcloths provided for our group. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
