Enjoyed our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked a beautiful park in the city and you could see Truist Park as well. We were in walking distance of lots of nice restaurants, the Bank of America Stadium, and quick access to the interstate.

Nice apartment with Beautiful views. Definitely would stay again. Both rooms had their own full bathrooms. The only negative thing is the room was COLD. They asked me to set to my preferred temperature after reaching out but It never reached my set temperature. It would say 70 or 72 but cool air would come out of the vents.I think they have it set and lock. Not a normal thermostat. Tried to you tube, still didnt work. I think if they would have checked back with us to see if we were able to get it working, would have helped. Kinda made us think they knew it wasnt working properly. Other than that and having not enough bath cloths since the apartment supposedly slept 5. The stay was good.

The apartment we stayed in was a much better alternative to even the best hotels in Charlotte. For three people, having a clean, spacious 2-bedroom apartment for the fraction of what we would've paid at a downtown hotel was a no-brainer. Pelican's staff were very helpful and friendly, communication when getting checked in and out was excellent, the place itself was in excellent condition, and the location could not have been better. We will definitely book with Pelican again when we have the opportunity!

The property itself is beautiful and very easy to get around Uptown from the apartment. The communication with the agency became very annoying as they make sure you don’t let anyone know you have booked through Expedia. I got multiple calls a day from them while on vacation.Again, the property is wonderful. A bit noisy with traffic, but overall a good stay.

This was our second visit to this property. Just like our first visit, everything was wonderful. The location is perfect. We took daily walks through the city and always found a nice place to eat a meal. The roof top pool was amazing and we enjoyed reading by the pool with an awesome view of the city. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Communication was excellent if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Love it!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property, right in the heart of uptown Charlotte. Beautiful building and the unit itself was spacious and nice. It looked out onto other buildings in uptown, not the baseball stadium or the park. Communications was excellent. Parking is available, but a tight fit for a Dodge caravan and you may have to go several floors to find a free spot. Overall would happily stay again.

The apartment is in a great location. The sheets and towels were left in the dryer and were wet. Only had three bath towels for both bathrooms. And we were missing the card to get in and out of the parking garage.

The property was clean and safe. The property managers were very responsive. There’s a convenience store very close by and a grocery within an easy walk. There were plenty of cooking supplies, linens, and towels. The property is right off a popular park and two blocks from the main street in uptown. I had a great sunrise view of the skyline and could watch the St. Patrick’s Day parade and parties from the patio. However, it was just far enough that even the festivities weren’t too loud. Wifi was good and Netflix was included. All in all, a great place to both rest and work. Very much enjoyed my stay!
