Great place to stay for a few days, close to the beach and nice staff. Too bad however that they did not replace simple things at breakfast such as black tea for consecutive days.

Place is amazing. But the room was broken (safe not working, drain, telephone). Despite repeated efforts to get things resolved in a relatively vacant hotel, the staff never did anything nor tried to communicate to inform.

Tróia family weekend

Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. Não dou 5 estrelas de overall devido ao pequeno almoço. Não são organizados, a variedade para um hotel de 5 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Acho que para um hotel de 5 estrelas o pequeno almoço tem muito a melhor, a começar na organização da sala e dos trabalhadores. Na parte da seleção que temos de comida para o pequeno almoço, acho que para o que se paga e sendo 5 estrelas poderiam e deviam ter melhor oferta. Mas no geral gostamos da estadia.

Excelentes férias em familia.

O hotel tem excelentes condições. A piscina exterior e sobretudo a piscina interior são ideias para quem viaja em familia. O restaurante é agradável apesar da carta ser aglo limitada para quem viaja com crianças. Os funcionários são bastante simpaticos mas notou-se alguma inexperiencia em muitos deles. O quarto tinha vista para o mar e tinha todas as comodidades desejadas, incluindo frigorifico com congelador, e uma kitchenette bem equipada. Os três pontos negativos que encontramos: 1) A porta de entrada do quarto estava desalinhada, deixando entrar demasiada luz dentro do quarto durante a noite. Para piorar a situação, as luzes do corredor permanecem ligadas 24h por dia. 2) Existe demasiado ruido branco no quarto provocado por tubagens de água. Durante toda a noite é possível ouvir água a correr, como se alguém estivesse a tomar banho no piso de cima. 3) o AC não estava ligado, ou se estava ligado não era regulável pelo interior do quarto.

Bon hotel mais ne vaut pas ces 5 étoiles. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, petit déjeuner moyen état général un peu délabré. Plages magnifiques mais attention tou est fermé en dehors de la saison d’été.
