Pretty clean, the property was very quite (except traffic noise - which is expected) for the price I paid it was worth it being almost 1/3 of what it would've cost at a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. Would reccomend and will be back next year

Room was clean and had extra toiletries in the room. I’ve stayed here before and it was nice and quiet just like this time. Parking wasn’t a hassle because it was on site and had a minimum amount of parking spaces.

The front gate was propped open by one of the other guests so anyone walking by had access to the building which was scary due to all of the hidden corners you have to walk around to find the rooms. The code to the door lock wasn’t working so I was given the code to the lockbox where there was a key but I was told not to take the key with me or I’d be charged extra. So then I wondered how often the code to the lockbox is actually changed and who else might have that code. There was no additional way of locking the door from the inside so, again, I felt very unsafe. The room smelled funny and the shower was grimy so I could not even shower. I left after one night even though I booked two nights. Also, I booked through VRBO but it was Expedia who listed the property so there was confusion from the host as to who I should send my concerns to. Which I find to be super shady. The place is a dump.

We loved our stay here! The host was very good at communicating timely when we needed anything. The room was great! We loved the pool. The place is in a great location, walking distance to nearby stores, bars, and restaurants, and also the bus stops! We will definitely be returning !

The property was run down. The apartment was terrible. It was tiny. There was a dead cockroach in the bedroom. There’s no closet space you have to put your clothes on shelves in the bedroom. I was about ready to leave and go somewhere else.
