We first stayed in a regular room and didn’t like the lack of windows and it needed updating . The second stay we were upgraded to a suite and it was so lovely, spacious, balcony, clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated it, thank you to the lovely staff, especially Hanna and Ahnna. Nice to be able to wash and dry clothes.

Perfect spot in hanoi

The hotel was great close to the lake easy to get around. Only drawback was the lack of English at the front desk and a window in the room

This is the best hotel I have ever lived. They provided very nice services, polite, helpful and their room is big, clean, beautiful with a lot of useful items like kitchen and washing machine. The price of the hotel also is excellent.
