Good place to stay in El Centro.

Stayed for 20 nights. No a/c & temperatures reached 37c; my mistake, for sure. Never offered a room cleaning during the 20 days.

I've been a frequent client and overall it had been nice until my husband and I noticied staff going into our room.Our last stay was horrible with the constant harrasing of staff,very disappointed.

The room facilities are quite good

The building entrance and the room were accessed by a PIN code system, which they contacted me in advance. It was convenient that there were cups, plates, cutlery, a microwave, and even a refrigerator. There was an iron and ironing board, but no hangers. There was a Nestle coffee machine, so I was able to relax in the room. The shower had good water pressure and was always hot, which was nice. However, the bathroom was smelly and had a sewage smell. I stayed for multiple nights, but there was no towel change or trash disposal. I wish they had let me know in advance that I would need to pay a few hundred pesos in cash or leave my passport as a deposit when I checked in.

Solo la tardia en la revision de los cuartos y asi como verifican el inventario antes de salir, por nuestra parte tambien deberiamos revisar inventario ya que me resulto un faltante el cual no lo era. (en especial una cuchara). al final me dieron mi salida porque la realidad no faltaba.

¡Muy buen lugar!

Vi varias críticas negativas del lugar, sin embargo decidí darle una oportunidad y me pareció un lugar realmente bonito, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable además de que está muy céntrico. Quizás el único pero, es que la calle se siente demasiado sola y la fachada se confunde un poco, sin embargo el lugar es muy bueno. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Un lugar cerca y a un costo razonable

En general, es una buena opción por el costo y la ubicación, las instalaciones cuentan con lo necesario. Sin embargo hubo un detalle, al llegar la habiación contaba con amenidades como agua y café, reserve nuevamente en dos ocasiones más, extendiendo mi estancia, no como renovación de la habiación, sino como una reservación nueva, me mantuvieron en la misma habitación (lo cual no es un problema), sin embargo no llevaron a cabo el aseo de la habitación ni resurtido de amenidades, aun cuando se trato de dos reservaciones nuevas.

Agradable

Tuve algunos detalles personales pero no por ello calificaré mal al hotel. Es cómodo, es céntrico, es económico, agradable. Si tienen oportunidad de reservar aquí, aprovechen. Personalmente casi no estuvimos en el hotel, lo usamos más que nada para dormir pero cumple con esa necesidad.
