The room was nice and clean. You are only given 1 set of towels for the stay so you have to wash your own. There is a coffee make but not coffee. Had an issue with someone parking in one of our spots tried to call the front desk several times no one would answer or call back eventually ended up walking to the front desk in the rain to inquire and it wasn’t resolved. Also pool area needs updated most of the lounge chairs were broken. The restaurant was never open so you couldn’t even buy a coffee nor was there any complimentary coffee at the front desk. A little underwhelmed but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.

Carpets were stained. Blinds broken. Possible mold from water damage on ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Front desk was not very helpful as far as what’s nearby and what to do. There should be a rack of activities and pamphlets right at the front desk. Instead it was hidden and tucked away in another room.

Condo was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom for each room. Beds comfortable. Pillows not so great but not terrible. cleaning charge seems extreme. hold amount for accidentals seems high as well. Pool was nice. No cushions on chairs. Good location to theme parks. Not a resort though, definitely a “on your own” more apartment/condo setting than resort. No filter for coffee pot. Good Shopping and convenience. Had a nice stay. Easy check out.

The house was clean but there is charge of a cleaning fee not mentioned at the time of the reservation, the only supply one toilet paper by bathroom and tiny soap, shampoo and conditioner I stayed 4 nights and I didn’t get more, the filtered water fridge doesn’t work. The check out is early and if you stay one hour more you get charge.

The villa was clean except the carpet was a bit in need of a clean. I was disappointed with the scarce amount of items that were included in the room-minimal toilet paper, paper towels, towels( kitchen and bath). If you wanted to change out the towels you had to pay $60!! Other than that it was fine
