Very clean, tidy, comfortable with little touches like a basket with weights and coffee pods, a small milk and laundry sheets. Best place I’ve stayed at in North Sydney and I am fussy.

We found the apartment very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. It is also close to transit connections to CBD. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would’ve like at least 1 cleaning visit -especially for a change of linen, but thought the $80.00 as quoted was a bit much as we regularly swept and vacuumed

Loved Urban Rest Sydney, my apartment felt like a show home, spotlessly clean, towels provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, everything worked in fab order, the only thing missing was a pair of kitchen scissors, but I couldn’t fault the place, it was fantastically placed near bus and train services and was a stones throw from my daughter, will definitely be back in the future, thankyou Urban Rest

Location was great, walking distances to 2 train stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants. Just 10min or so train ride to central Sydney. Environment was quiet and nice. Room was clean, staffs reachable via emails and chats. Water pressure of the shower was good too. Miele washing machine and kitchen very useful. Overall it was a very good stay, highly recommended. Improvements: Shower space was half open so we had to wipe the bathroom floor every time we showered. Dining table was a bit tilted. TV signal was very weak, had trouble watching the news on TV because the signal was always low.

Close to the Metro and Train stations, only about a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. It is a good position for the purposes that we need. The stove didn't work, even after multiple attempts, and there was an ant problem.
