In room laundry was great. We had an issue with the washing machine and the staff saw that it was fixed immediately. Huge room, friendly staff. Was our favorite accommodation of the trip.

The hotel is more like apartment I like it is more spacious, theres stores and couple of restaurants close by 10min walk from the train station and from dotonbori. If I ever go back I would stay here again I recommend it.

Place was very nice and super clean. Easy check in and location was great. Very close to the main attractions. Convenient stores close by as well as local restaurants. There is a washer available in the room but no dryer, there is space on the balcony to hang your clothes to dry. Overall, very pleasant experience, I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and a great stay overall. The hotel has sento (shared bath) for guests, which was a wonderful bonus. There is also a convenience store inside the hotel, making it very convenient. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was decent, although not particularly outstanding. However, the excellent location and facilities more than made up for it. I would happily stay here again.

We liked that there was a washer and dryer room in the shower (very convenient). The room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be (picture looked larger). But overall, nice (and newer) apartment hotel and was close by Dotonbori.
