Había avisado a la atención al cliente de WhatsApp, que llegaba temprano y que viajaba con un menor. Reserve por Expedia pensando que el lugar tenía atención al huésped,limpieza y NO es así. Es un departamento con un estricto horario de entrada a las 3pm y de salida a las 11am. Solo hay porteros que no saben de la zona, no ayudan. Me dejaron entrar 10 minutos antes y me dieron una clave que al final, no andaba sin la llave que finalmente ir a buscar to soloa, en otro lado. Cero atención. No te dicen adónde sacar la basura, nadie te acompaña cuando ingresas ,no hay limpieza ni recambio de toallas. El complejo es divino, la pileta hermosa, limpio. El depto tenía sus detalles pero super cómodo. Resumo, si buscas un departamento, está genial. Si buscas que alguien te ayude en algo, no lo recomiendo. Te ven en la entrada bajo el calor y ni te abren la puerta. Importante, la playa que está a 200m, es impropia, es decir, que no te podés bañar ahí. Tenés que caminar unos 600m en total y que igualmente, no me convencía mucho, así que usamos Uber para ir a otras playas. Expedia y avión, todo OK.

Instalação muito boa, limpeza pode melhorar

Limpeza insuficiente com mofo, poeira pelo apartamento e cheiro forte de gordura e cinza de churrasco dentro do apto, detergente e sabonete líquido sem reposição, utilidades mínimas de apoio para limpeza. Não havia roupa de cama disponível para todos os hóspedes, mas a roupa de cama disponibilizada estava limpinha. No vizinho da frente som alto...Enfim as instalações são muito boas mas faltou adequar limpeza e aconchego para a hospedagem.
