Perfectly fine for a place to sleep - clean, good wifi, convenient location, great AC. The only issue was that it was a bit loud from street noise in my room. The room itself was extremely small, but for the price it was overall a great stay.

Misleading. Everything has an extra cost.

I've stayed at Smart Apês several times last couples years. Never had a complaint. This time they do not offered cookware or blow dryer in the room. They advertise the room with kitchen, but, if you need to use the kitchen you need to rent the cookware, which is not o ly inconvient, but also false advertising. They also stop accepting you luggage ahead before your check-in or hold it after the check-out. There a vending machine for that and it's also paid separately. This time I've paid more for the room and got a bitter taste of been mislead.

My initial check-in went smoothly. When I tried to extend my reservation due to flight changes, the guy at the front desk was kind of an a-hole, I ended up just rebooking it online because there was abundant availability, and it was easier than dealing with someone who had no interest in helping me as the customer or the business he works for. Good location, nice air conditioning. There is no room service as there is with typical hotels so if you are staying more than 2-3 days, you will need to ask for additional toiletries and towels if needed. There are some cheap construction materials used in what appeared to be a refurbishing effort that were flimsy, and quite literally falling off the wall. On the upside, it was very convenient having a key code for the door rather than card access.

É um ótimo custo-benefício, bem localizado, e o metrô é literalmente do lado do prédio. O quarto é bem pequeno mesmo, como mostra nas imagens. Limpeza estava tudo certo. Eu fiquei no quarto 608, e o único problema é que a vedação do box do banheiro na parte de baixo não estava bem vedada, e quando tomava banho, vazava água pro banheiro todo. Eles também poderiam colocar um banquinho ou cadeira no ape. Tem toda a parte de cozinha lá, mas não tinha aonde sentar. Então se você levar algo pra cozinhar ou comer, terá que comer de pé, ou deitado na cama. Tem também uma parede “falsa” pra tampar a saída do ar condicionado, mas toda vez que o ar liga pra resfriar, faz um barulho muito alto e intenso. Precisa ver isso.

A equipe é ótima, a menina da recepção de cabelo liso é super atenciosa, até com hóspedes difíceis, como presenciei quando fui fazer o check-in. Além disso é limpo. O melhor das unidades smart que fiquei na região.
