Convenient, middle-class hotel

Conveniently located hotel loved by huge tourist groups. Exceptionally friendly staff. Somewhat soulless breakfast with a microwave to heat up food that appears to be freshly cooked yet always cold.

Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared to be single-sized. Overall, the experience fell short due to disorganization, lack of communication, and room quality.
