We stayed on level 30 with amazing view. The building is nice and the layout of the apartment as well. The communication with the ”landlord” was easy and responsive.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Beds were very comfortable! Location was perfect for dining out. Many restaurants within walking distance. No restaurant in the building but I think they are adding one.

Great place for short stays

Good place for a quick stay for a family but a little cramped if you want to stay longer. Plus kitchen doea not have 2 many dishes for cooking.

Great company and friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay. We worked with Ignacio who was extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed, and the office helped us by keeping our luggage once we checked out. They also provided us with a ride to the airport even though they did not need to. We were very happy with their service and attentiveness to any of our needs.

this unit is poorly maintained and needs an upgrade. Mold in the bathroom, garbage can broken, wooden floor scrapped, hanger rod broken. flush wasnt working properly.

Central location. Great ?20 m outdoor pool with breakfast available in lobby for twelve dollars pp. poor communication before left is looking for alternative place to stay- way too last minute. Apartment has beautiful views but not well equipped. No jug or anything for milk. No milk ready for us on arrival- and no info pack to tell us where to eat or buy groceries. No quilt cover on quilt. No mattress protector and poor (poly cotton) sheets and bedding.reused cloth and hardly any washing up liquid. Lots of lovely places to eat over the women’s bridge and on waterfront. Corn for breakfast is amazing- their yoghurt and fruit and granola is best ever.i appreciate I do have holiday accommodation myself so am judging this place by the standards I offer to my own guests. With better information and communication we could have enjoyed our stay so much more than we did.

O quarto que recebemos está com marcas de manutenções mal feitas no piso, parede e teto além do piso sujo, principalmente no banheiro + box com fortes sinais de mofos por má limpeza. Bastante perceptível uma gestão visando apenas custo baixo, lamentável! Tem também a qualidade da construção muito ruim, com caixilharia que não veda ruídos nem temperatura externa, porta de entrada do quarto frágil e com "jogo" fazendo barulho a toda hora e equipamentos com defeito, no nosso caso a cafeteira com vazamento. Temos um bom histórico com hoteis.com, sempre procurando excelentes ou extraordinárias avaliações, como neste caso como EXCELENTE, entretanto muito longe da realidade do local. Pedimos para mudar de quarto e mudamos no dia seguinte para outros pouco melhor, mas também com os mesmos vicios construtivos e de manutenção.

Desafortunadamente no hubo botella de agua como siempre ha habido, y llegar a la 1 de la mañana despues de un viaje de casi 7 horas sin tener ni siquiera agua, quita muchos puntos. Al dia siguiente comente la situacion con el anfitrion, y me ofrecio traermela, lo cual nunca sucedio.....

La verdad es que nos fue muy bien . Dos camas king muy cómodas, muy buena vista, buena atención, limpieza, gym funcional, jacuzzi y sauna. El Lavadero poco práctico para viajeros, tienes que comprar tu jabón y tu suavizante y hacer pagos por aplicación y quedarte a lavar la ropa y ponerla en la secadora. Poco práctico y nadie quiere perder su tiempo de vacaciones en hacer esto. Lo recomiendo .

Cocina sin equipamientos de tenedores, cucharas ni cuchillos...ducha sin ninguna presión imposible bañarse, agua caliente poca y no dura, presión innecesaria un día antes para desocupar el apto.

El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar perfecto donde puedes dirigirte a muchos lugares facilitando las actividades que puedes realizar en tu día. Tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad de Argentina. El lugar muy limpio, lugar muy seguro, sus instalaciones muy limpias y con cuidado 24 horas. Excelente y recomendable para familias.
