This property is great if you're looking to stay for one to two nights. It was very inconvenient to find out, the area outside of this property was under construction. Also the rooms did feel a little claustrophobic. Also be prepared to haul your luggage because parking is a little further away from the property. & with the road construction, it makes it a little difficult.

I could hear other room’s noise like snoring phone buzzing and in the middle of the night I hear men’s talking sound and it was from the building’s middle area connected to my room’s window. I could barely sleep that night due to that noise.

I like the check in process, it was done virtually, however I think they have to mentioned that the code works at the time of check in. Although I like the smooth check in process, I do think some people with less familiarity with modern technology struggle with it because I helped a person for their check in, as the reception is not available 24/7. I would also like to mention that the hotel is close to nearby public bus, very convenient, room is clean but bedsheet can be improved. The customer service team at Olala Homes is very excellent as they addressed every issues and concerns that I had during my stay through emails.

If you get to the hotel after 5 pm, there's no one at the reception desk and it becomes a nightmare to get in the hotel. The main door is kept locked so you cannot even get to the building. The communication box works but no one answers so you have to call a corporate number in order to have access to it. It totally sucks if you travel internationally and get there tired wanting just to relax after a long trip. If I knew this I would've never book my stay there. Be aware!

La vue était sur une cour fermée d’environ 12m2 avec les compresseurs de Clim. La salle de bain était minuscule avec des odeurs. La Clim fait du bruit. Des travaux avec beaucoup de bruit étaient dans la rue et l’hôtel difficile d’accès de ce fait
