Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Quarto estava limpo, mas todas as roupas de cama, toalhas e panos desse tipo tinham manchas. A cortina tinha manchas também e muitos furos que não barravam a luz do sol. O quarto é bem na frente de um bar, que funciona até 1:30 da manhã e o som parece que está dentro do quarto. Lugar bem básico, eu daria no máximo 3 estrelas. Não tem câmera no estacionamento e o meu carro estava com o pára-choque dianteiro desencaixado quando eu cheguei.

Cheking rápido mediante a pré cadastro na chegada é rápido, garagem no local, ar funciona bem , ducha ótima, o detalhe é os ap maiores com vista ficam de frente e lá tem estudantes que ficam no maior zeira o barulho de música alta incomoda bastante mesmo no último andar mas tipo num sábado quando da 12:30 ameniza muito e já dá pra dormir, então quem for dormir cedo como eu e acordar às 4 melhor pegar os quartos menores sem vista q ficam do outro lado. De resto super funcional e bem localizado.

Atendimento na recepção excelente. O quarto é bem limpo e prático para estadia bem curta. Mas os móveis são muito frágeis e até balançam. A Fachada do prédio antigo poderia ser pintada, para dar uma presenca na chegada. E nunca ficaria nos aps da frente, por causa dos muitos bares na rua que tem um som muito alto. Ficando no ap dos fundos dava pra ouvir o som alto ate 01:00 da manhã. Mas é prático e locando antecipado tem um preco bom.

Apesar de ser novo o hotel precisa de manutenção, as paredes estão sujas, muitas coisas quebradas e com falta de cuidado. Na relação custo benefício vale a pena, mas a rua tem bastante bares e festas durante a noite toda.

Local ao redor com muito barulho, a distancia até a estação mais próxima é de 5 minutos porém é uma ladeira, na chuva não foi uma boa experiência, quanto ao hotel estrutura do prédio excelente, tamanho e distribuição do quarto excelente, atendimento na recepção rápido e excelente, oque causou incomodo na estadia foi a sujeira na cortina de resto foi muito boa, recomendo com estas ressalvas.

O quarto é muito bom, porém está localizado em uma região barulhenta, pedi pra trocar de quarto, mas não tinha disponibilidade, o barulho no final de semana foi até por volta das 3 da manhã. Caso gostar de silêncio o local não é próprio, o atendimento da recepção é bom, estacionamento pago a parte, o estacionamento estava com tanta água no chão na saída que molhei meu tênis todo, achei ruim. A avaliação final é boa, porém com essas ressalvas.

A localização para estação do metro é boa. Tem mini mercado no prédio para emergências, o sistema de curta estadia é bem planejado. O único porém é q se trata de uma localização para jovens que gostam de balada (e principalmente LGBTQIAP+) porque fica numa rua de váaaarios bares de público da faculdade e o barulho e lotação da rua acontece em todo o fim de semana até 2h da manhã. Se tiver a trabalho ou tiver problemas para dormir, não é o lugar pra se ficar. O quarto é de tamanho bom para casal. Pro meu gosto o colchão é muito mole.
