The listing says there is no front desk attendant, but that’s not right. There was a front desk attendant the entire time we were there. We paid for valet and it was worth it. Very nice, convenient location. Close to good restaurants. Very easy check in process. Not the most comfortable bed or pillows. We had a water leak coming up from the floor and someone came and changed out the rug but it was soaked again in a very short period of time.
