The reception staff were brilliant and so helpful with information. The room was very clean. Kitchen facilities were OK for our needs tho it was a bit difficult filling the kettle under tap of handbasin but apart from that everything was better than expected.

I booked the accomodation last minute, the communication was excellent and efficient. My stay was comfortable, the only issues were the water was lukewarm in the shower, rest of the stay was good. Location is central and excellent for anyone who wants access to the city. Overall experience was good.
