The accommodation was as expected. The problems arose about checking in. To access the property you are sent a keypad code for the main entrance and the unit. The codes did not work. The staff was able to remotely unlock the doors but could not rectify the problem. This meant we could not leave the apartment or we would be locked out. Not the best situation. The staff offered to let us back in remotely if we called back. Not a situation I was comfortable with.

Vi hadde bestilt og betalte for 5 personer. Det var sengetøy og håndklær til 4 personer. Det betyr at 1 person ikke hadde dyne, eller håndkle. De tok betalt for 5 personer og det er vanskelig å få refundert deler av beløpet. Jeg vil aldri bo her igjen, og Hotel.com sin håndtering av klage står til stryk
