Very clean unit with a beautiful rooftop deck and a small pool shared by 3 units. Directly across the street from the beach. Our unit had a well appointed kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels. The local contact Millie was friendly and helpful! We will be back

Our stay at Aguada Beach Resort was outstanding. We loved how clean the apartment was when we arrived. We love that the pool was accessible right from our back door. The roof top was also very nice, my family and I had dinner and watched the sunset from up there and it was beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to get a more comfortable bed, since we did stay 7 nights the bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable. However over all our stay was amazing!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy.

The home was well equipped with anything we may need for a nice beach day! I loved the beach decor/vibe. The pool was nice but could have been a bit cleaner with daily water checks. The last night there the ceiling in the main bedroom was leaking because of rain earlier in the day, we had to sleep in the living room. Overall it was a nice place to stay, right across from the beach with beautiful scenery, I would visit again minus the ceiling leak, things happen!

Two friends and I stayed at this delightful homey condo for four days. We loved it! Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. We loved everything about this place! Amazing sunsets. We had the middle condo of the triplex. The pool in the back was great nobody was staying in the other units so we had the whole place to ourselves. I also left my Kelsey box and they were so nice and kind to mail it back to me. I will definitely book with them again.
