Perfect location for sightseeing around Montpelier. Good size apartment and fortunate to have a veranda as well for some outside space. Clean, tidy and well equipped for our 3 night stay. Would recommend.

Room and facilities were very clean and good. Very helpful staff. Public areas - hallways scruffy; in need of refurbishment.

The room itself was great, but the common areas of the building are a bit tired and dated.

The room for breakfast is elegant and our room was generous and equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge. The hotel is one minute from Montpellier Saint Roch station. It is in a perfect location. There are minor wears and tears but generally speaking we have been very happy to have stayed in this hotel in beautiful Montpellier

Staff in the breakfast room - very noisy clearing the tables, but the small handicapped woman was OK and helpful.

Location convenient for train station. Lost 2 stars because there was no AC in the hot summer in southern France. A professionally printed sign in the elevator with fans in the room suggests this isn’t a recent problem. They shouldn’t advertise they have AC or should invest in a more reliable system.

Hotel is advertised as 4 stars - can’t be true. Aircondition not working (it was 30+ degrees at night), several lightbulbs not working… the pictures weren’t representing the hotel, it wasn’t 100% clean… :( can’t recommend the place

This place is listed as a 4 star property but I can give it a 2 star at best for the room and 1 star for the carpet in the hallway which was absolutely filthy.

I hoped for a clean, cool room where I could rest but instead the room was hot and there was no respite from the heat of the outdoors. The room description included AC but when I got there- without a word from the host- I found that the AC was non-existent. In this summer heat, you should at least have warning before checking in that there is no AC. There was no thermostat- only a fan. The room was fine except the floors were gritty and the walls dirty. It was not a pleasant experience.

This is supposedly a four star hotel. Our three star Odalys (same chain) in Aix-en-Provence was better. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were stained, large paint chip the size of your fist was missing from the window sill. Walls were scuffed here and there. Comes with a single shower towel. (Getting a second required a phone call and then a visit to the front desk).

Perfectly located

Lovely room with nice ensuite, lounge and small kitchen area. Ideal location, short walk to Comedie and old town, tram stops outside hotel and next to main station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again when I. Montpellier
