Apartamento muito bem equipado contando inclusive com lava e seca. Interfone não funcionava e nem resolveram o problema. Condomínio com boa estrutura porém um pouco desorganizado. Há uma disputa pelas vagas de estacionamento próximas. Com relação à comunicação não existe contato humano e passa longe de ser tempestiva.
