Great property, reasonably priced.

Great stay for travelers. Clean, well maintained property. Bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was super comfy. Small kitchenette with everything you should need if you decide to dine in. Quiet area, but close to downtown. If there was a negative, it would be the tiny (by today's standards) TV, which we unfortunately had more time to watch than planned, as the event we traveled for was canceled. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Just what we needed

This cottage was perfect! After traveling for a few weeks staying in different hotels we wanted something a little more homey and this was it, so happy I found it. It's a cute older home split into 3 separate cottages, adorably decorated, nice jetted tub, robe and soft towels, big comfortable bed, cozy love seat sofa/bed, wonderfully warm fireplace heaters, fuzzy blankets, stove, dishes, tea, coffee, pastry basket for breakfast, and a patio with a little fenced in yard. Very charming Definitely would have stayed longer if we could have

We enjoyed Roots and Raduno restaurants just minutes away on Main Street as well as easy access to the sights we wanted to see in Little Rock. The attention to detail in decorating made this one of the more memorable stays in our 2 weeks on the road.
