Staff were great, from check in to the snack bar staff. We were only there for 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned, beds made or clean towels left. However, its no strain to get clean towels from reception. The pool was well maintained and very fresh! Overall, we thought that this stay was great value for money.

This is a great place on a budget on the outskirts of Santa Ponsa the area a little rough to be truthful and a serious amount of steps to get up which takes its toll after a couple days ,the hotel itself is trying to accommodate all male and female groups and families with children with dont blend well , we had to put up with swearing and lots of drinking around the pool , can only put it down to the owners like the income stags and hens bring , big asset is the life guard she was brilliant and constantly watching the pool , would I go back no , the actual Santa Ponsa very nice and would return but other parts of Mallorca better im sure.

Very clean, good location near the sea and everything. Be careful a lot if steps (may be 100) to access the beach and some (arround 20 ) to the pool, so with a baby and stroller it is complicated !!

Great and will stay again. Clean, friendly and helpful stacc. So much better than expected, I didn’t find the bar that expensive and the steps were steep but can always walk round but tbh it kept my holiday weight down!

The property is clean, with all the necessary amenities, the pool is well-maintained, and the reception is always available, beds are a little hard, some kitchen tiles are chipped. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. On foot, you'll have to get used to the stairs to get down to the beach; otherwise, there's a longer road.

The apartment is very outdated. Every time we turned on the shower it leaked water everywhere. The floor would get very wet and would have to use multiple towels to dry up. They also wouldn’t give us extra towels and told us they’re only given to us every 2 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The sliding door made a terrible screeching noise when we would open it. When I went to the front desk to ask for an iron, the man gave me a very old looking one and when I went upstairs to plug it up, the outlet didn’t match the iron plug. It just wasn’t what we thought it would be. Parking can be a little difficult. There were times we couldn’t even find any close by. The only good thing was there were a lot of shops and restaurants walking distance.

It was a pretty nice room! Great getaway from the heat of Mallorca. Only downsides were the beds were pretty stiff and the stairwell up to the place was tough. Something uncontrollable was the fact that there were a bunch of college kids screaming late at night.

Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well.

Overall a fantastic stay. Hotel staff and the people at the bar was awesome and helpful. The rooms with the view over the sea was fantastic and yes there is a lot of stairs to get down/up when going to the city/beach but we knew that before arriving so not a problem. Nice down on earth hotel with everything you need to have a fantastic family vacation.
