We had a comfortable stay here. Visitors should know it’s not a traditional hotel, no front desk or lobby, everything is on WhatsApp. However we found the staff responsive. It’s a great location, clean room, and good price. Another thing that might matter to some, no AC. They allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours which was so convenient. We would stay again.

Pictures are misleading, I thought I had booked a family-type setting (2 bedrooms, kitchenette). No kitchenette or microwave. Agent with hotels.com assured me there would be A/C (there isn't) but one room did have a fan. I will agree hot water was very tricky and I took more than one cold shower. Rooms and neighborhood did feel safe and staff was nice.

The rooms were very clean. You had to share a bathroom which was clean too. The hostess/greeter Mari Cruz was just the sweetest young lady. She is most helpful for any questions you have. The place was easy peasy and with walking distance to ALL!

Room was very clean and host Miss Martha was very nice and helpful. It was a very nice experience. Location is very close to major attractions. Very good location for very good price. One limitation is that it is 4th floor without elevator so for some people it may be an issue. Also hot water system in a shower was tricky, it was difficult to get optimal water temperature but maybe it is due to the older plumbing system. Overall though it was a great experience and I would definitely stay in Singular hotel again if I return to Mexico City. Good location, friendly host, good price.

Would not recommend staying here. Does not look like the pictures, property super run down and the neighborhood is super sketchy, run down and felt unsafe. It was hard to find and not well marked. We left without even staying.

The room(s) were nice enough for us, clean, safe. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. We were asked to move to another room because of maintenance issues. This was fine for us but when waited almost 2 hours for a staff member to come to move us. Martha and Pedro were very nice and helpful. Hot water in the showers was very inconsistent, and we never felt we could count on it to be available. Often it would go cold while one was IN the shower and would have to rinse with cold. Some kind of shared kitchen, or a microwave would have been nice, just to heat something up or make tea/coffee.

I know this is not easily changed, but the building had no elevator and the stairs were too narrow. It was painful and dangerous to have to go up and down with our luggage, fearing we would take a fall. The shared bathroom was reasonably clean, but a hand towel would have improved it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I STAYED IN THE PRIVATE ROOM WITH THE PRIVATE SHOWER AND IT WAS SUCH A GREAT ROOM! THE BUILDING WAS ALSO NICE . ESPECIALLY THE AREA! THE SHUTTLE WAS ALSO REALLY COOL . I THINK UBER IS NOW ALSO AVAILABLE AND SUPER EASY TO TAKE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE MAIN CITY WHICH WAS NICE BUT HAVING A DRIVER WAITING FOR ME FELT SAFE AND REALLY SECURE! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT AND THEY ARE ALL HELPFUL ESPECIALLY THE DOOR MAN! ALSO THE AREA WAS REALLY ACTIVE WITH VENDORS AND FOOD! FELT REALLY SAFE AND ITS SUPER CLOSE TO THE MAIN CITY !!
