The property was as pictured and the management was very easy to talk to! Easy access with the face recognition. The area is great, 7 min walk to Paulista and 15 to Oscar Freire and many restaurants and stores around. The only negative was that, despite being a very high end neighborhood, the area lost power twice during my stay due to heavy rain.

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment hotel in São Paulo was very disappointing, despite the building and apartment being new and modern. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty: hairs on the cushions, stained and dirty pillows, dirty floors, and visible dirt stains inside the shower box. The bathroom was also infested with drain flies, which made the stay unpleasant and unhygienic. There were clear dirt stains on the carpet, reinforcing the lack of proper cleaning. Another serious issue was the security gate at the entrance. It appeared to be broken or tampered with, and initially there was no way to exit the building. No instructions were given at check-in. Only later did we discover—by trial and error—that the exit required using the intercom. It was unclear whether this was a malfunction or maintenance issue, creating unnecessary stress and a sense of insecurity. I contacted the hotel through the booking platform to complain about the cleanliness and overall experience, but I received no response at all. No explanation, no apology, and no compensation were offered. This property clearly relies on remote reception to cut costs, but this approach fails when basic communication, cleanliness, and guest support are missing. I felt uncomfortable and disgusted staying here and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Next pela administração da Viva Stays. O edifício em si tem uma localização fantástica, próximo a Paulista, excelentes bares e restaurantes. Tem academia e praticidade de uma lavanderia que lava e seca e também um Mini mercado. Lá aceita Pet e nas duas vezes puder passear em qualquer horário, inclusive após as 23h tranquilamente com ele na rua. Os quartos tem cortina com blackout e fica bem escurinho, ar condicionado gela bem e a cama é confortável. O atendimento da Viva é excelente caso você precise de algo! Recomendo e voltarei novamente!

O apto era uma graça! Fizemos o check-in on line e fomos atendidos prontamente.... No primeiro quarto que ficamos, o chuveiro não esquentava, mas logo nos trocaram de quarto e ficou tudo ótimo. A vista era bem legal, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho, tinha duas tvs, uma no andar de cima e outra no de baixo, cozinha bem equipada. Adoramos!

Tudo é muito novo e funcional! Recomendo pra quem preza por qualidade e conforto. Aconselho ficar atento a caixa de entrada e spam do email, pois é enviado pra lá um link de check-in online, onde vc realiza a biometria facial para entrada na portaria, onde a mesma é eletrônica. A localização é excelente, próximo da Paulista, bares, restaurantes, e se vc não se importar em andar por uns 10min, ainda dá pra ir a Rua Oscar Freire, que tbm tem opções boas de comércio e restaurante.

Quando cheguei o quarto ainda está bagunçado pelo hóspede anterior. Contato com proprietário via Watzap, a resposta é rápida, mas ação demora muito para acontecer e não temos a quem recorrer, só esperar. Quando a arrumação aconteceu, os lençóis que chegaram estavam manchados. O vaso sanitário não parava de descer água, parecia que tinha uma máquina de lavar dentro quarto, me atrapalhou muito a dormir.

A cama é super confortável, o quarto é bem espaçoso e possui tudo que é necessário para o dia a dia. No quarto em que fiquei, tive alguns problemas com o banheiro. Luzes queimadas, chuveiro entupido e exaustor sem funcionar. Todo o resto estava ótimo.
