Great location and overall facilities for a short stay. Check-in team could spend more time highlighting the facilities and services that will or won’t be available during the stay.

Since it's student accommodation, it works well as a hotel due to being located in the town centre and everything being accessible. The room has everything you need from your own kitchen, bathroom and AC. Milestone has its own gym, but it's located in the main building where you check in, and it can be easily missed. Check-in was easy, as the staff are friendly, and you are even able to leave your luggage before your checking-in time so as to collect it later after you check out. In addition, the building i stayed in had its own laundry room so you could use it if you need to wash your clothes.I will be coming back again if I ever stay in Krakow.

Room was nice, supermarket on site was great, people were friendly, location was perfect. Bed sheets were a little small and pillow wasn't comfortable but other than that highly recommend and would stay again.
