We had a basement terrace room and there was a strong smell that would not go away. It was the the first night and then the second night we had to leave the hotel. Our room was right across from the sauna and the smell there was so bad too. Great big open room, but we couldn’t deal with the smell. I will say the young woman who helped us was very kind and responsive.

This property is somewhat self service because there is no regular front desk person to help 24/7. The room was clean and spacious with great amenities including a full kitchen and in room laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful when called upon.
