No airport shuttle. The door lock in my room did not work, maintenance personnel had to come every time I wanted to get back to my room. Bathroom was not that clean. Pillows are stained, carpet was stained and becoming unglued at some points. There was a man claiming he got mugged in the parking lot and was not being let in back into his room. Whatever money I saved, I spent that and mode in transportation to and from the hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The Hotel smells awful from the time you walk through the door. The front desk was very rude and they do not take card payment!! It’s CASH only(yes that is for the room and deposit)! The curtains are beyond filthy! I can’t tell you how the rooms looked because I did not make it that far!!
When we arrived we were informed that the hotel is cash only, luckily I had prepaid on Expedia. The whole hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like people were chain-smoking absolutely everywhere. From the elevator to the towels in our bathroom. There is no WiFi in the hotel, only an Ethernet cable, which is almost obsolete in newer computer models. We went downstairs to ask the front desk staff for some coffee for the morning, and cups to brew it into, since there was a coffee machine in our room. They had coffee, but no cups for us to drink if out of. We only stayed at the hotel one night, and I left feeling like I had been smoking cigarettes all day.

The hotel has a reputation for questionable clientele staying there. Upon driving up I thought I was looking at a flophouse somewhere judging by the people standing outside. I called the police officer who told me that there are many calls to that location. I’m still trying to get my money back.
Absolutely awful. Front desk staff asked me “what do you want?” When I walked in with bags. They require CASH security deposit. They do not provide housekeeping unless asked for. No phone in room to call front desk. Tv remote didn’t work. No drinking glasses! Black mold on shower curtain. I should be reimbursed for my stay
We arrived at the hotel was informed of a security deposit that we didn't know about the air conditioner was terrible and the bed was extremely uncomfortable
Don't do it. It took me an hour and a half to get toilet paper because there was none stocked. The previous guests' soap and toiletries were still in the shower- obviously meaning that the shower was not cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom was broken. No house keeping - same sheets, towels, etc each night. The pillows were super tiny. Like child sized pillows. Tried calling the front desk from the room phone to inform them of the missing TP. Guess what... the phone doesn't work. The overall hotel was decrepit. Holes in the hall where cords were hanging out. The whole floor smelled like smoke though it was a non smoking hotel. The only good thing was the staff's personality. Not necessarily their job performance - but they were very very kind. I will make sure to spend the extra $20 to stay across the road.

It was decent. Not bad for the price. Need to ulgrade the TVs but overall it was ok.
The person checking us in didn't know what they were doing. The hotel had a bad smell. Only one elevator worked, and it had numbers written on paper to show you the floor you were on. The room had hair everywhere, stains on the comforters, and the carpet was coming up. Terrible!
This place sucks, tried to switch us to a pet room for no reason. The building is old and musty, the rooms are dirty and smelly. The TV was from 1985 and had 3 fuzzy channels. This hotel is an absolute joke, I wouldnt come back if they paid me to stay there. I vote the building be demolished, its not good for anything else.
The lobby entrance was dirty...cigarette butts everywhere..the check-in was long and not handled professionally. As I was checking in there were weekly rate people checking in and out..which is apparently a cash business only. This didn't give me a comfortable, safe feeling.
The hallway rug was stained and dirty. The second elevator near our room didn't work
The room was clean but the linens on the two beds didn't match and the pillows were very old. The telephone didn't work and the ice machine didn't work on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
The reason I selected this hotel was because they had an indoor pool . The pool was closed and the personnel couldn't decide if it was a maintenance issue or closed for the season. Not sure what the season is for an indoor pool.
I booked through Expedia for 92.00 per night tax included . I booked 3 rooms when I checked in the manager charged me 108.00 and claimed Expedia always messes up reservations and they don't like working with them . The hotel was hot,they didn't have clean linen , no microwaves in the rooms , phones didn't work , the elevator got stuck and the staff laughed about it . I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AND DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE . And the manager called me a liar
No fridge, no ice machine..Had to go to the lobby for ice, from 4th floor. Stains on the carpet, may be petfriendly but leave it to same rooms or clean the mess!! Socket covers hanging off the walls, shower curtain didn't fit the the shower. . Water ended up on the floor. For $100/night. . I've seen better!!
had a $50 deposit that is not listed on the website. They then changed that deposit to a pet fee for my service dog and started asking me questions about my disabilities and why I needed my dog. all of which are not allowed by the ADA. this hotel has 4 different names so beware. the room was on the 6th floor and the AC never cooled off the room. when I called to complain the deal woman said maintenance didn't come until 7am and she wasn't allowed to move me rooms. I tried to take a cool shower but the water was even hot
A confusing experience, in that the staff was extra helpful but unable to fix the broken phone, the outdated toilet and bath, The hotel is updating, but not fast enough for my stay,
Fire alarm went off three times the first day. The rooms were terrible. Rooms outdated, furniture was covered in dust, pillows were dirty, beds were terrible, tvs were not flat screens. I didn't know hotels still don't have flat screens. The lobby tricks you into thinking you are getting something nice and you can't get a refund so you have to suck it up and stay. Other hotel patrons were constantly trying to track down the managers for complaints. Wouldn't recommend hotel to anyone. Beeare of Expedia giving you this hotel.
