overall experience is good. nearby alot of restaurants and walking distance to klcc. check in is smooth and clean room. Just that the lift is always full and requires a little patience.

Great proximity to the twin towers which was very convenient. Owner came by when we checked in to show us the amenities. Swimming pool was amazing with a fantastic view. Have a washer/dryer was very convenient

I had a great stay at M Suites in Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort and value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Convenient location too — close to the city yet quiet enough to unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in KL! Fantastic location, just a short walk to the Petronas Towers. Spacious rooms with everything you need — fridge-freezer, washing machine, AC, and Netflix. Very family-friendly and helpful staff. Handy little shop downstairs and a great café opposite for breakfast. Grab pick-up right at the entrance. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to stay! The apartment had everything I needed - comfortable bed, washing machine, kitchen, water filterer. The apartmen was spacious and tidy. And what an amazing view! The building felt safe and the staff was friendly. Walkable location. Views from the pool are absolutely amazing.

What i like is when the management allowed us to early check in. The property is neat and has complete appliances and kitchen tools. It has lots of dining areas nearby. It is also walkable to Twin tower and KLCC mrt. This property is highly recommended.

Marked as all inclusive and paid more for it. Deal was room only. That’s not all inclusive. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Queues for lifts ridiculous. Waited 30 mins to get from 27 floor to ground floor at 8.30am Rooms not cleaned on day 1. Air con not working. Mould in bathroom. Swimming pool staff militant regarding towels. Only 2 per room despite 4 occupants. Only one key card per room. This was needed to operate lifts so meant needed to be together all the time. When asked for an additional card this was given but too late in our stay. Disappointed. Location good. Room big.

This was my first time staying at Scarletz Suites, and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was bigger than I expected- it had a dining area and kitchenette- and I had a nice view. The vibe in and around the hotel is kind of 'backpacker fashionable', with several affordable restaurants nearby, and the Petronas Towers a less than 10 minute walk away. The pool and gym were both really nice- I would come back for the pool alone! A few things were a bit strange- the level 8 garden is a bit neglected, so not somewhere that people might want to spend a lot of time, and some areas of the hotel had a weird smell, which I think was coming from the drains. Also, I was expecting the rooftop restaurant to be open, and it, plus a lounge up there, seemed to be not opening yet, with furniture still wrapped up in plastic. All in all, I would check for availability here first, the next time I'm coming back to KL. It had an authetically 'hip' vibe, and is good value, vs the nearby W Hotel, which is hoping to capture a similar feel but at 5x the price.
